These eternal words by Swami Vivekananda have been the guiding principle in my life. There is no substitute for Hardwork. No matter how many hurdles we face, together we have the power to overcome all of them.I am an ardent believer in mutual growth. Thus, in the three decades of my life in the academic-sphere, I have not only taught several students but also learned something myself from a lot of them. I am forever astounded by the calibre & talent the young generation possesses and extremely grateful to be a part of the profession which contributes wholly towards building the future of our great nation.

It is my firm belief that eminent mentors nurture great professionals. I was fortunate enough that fate placed me under the mentorship of the Ryan Group of Institutions, which helped me evolve immensely as a professional and garner the indispensable experiences in academia. In my venture of learning, I have truly understood the value of team-work, prestige, honesty while working with utmost sincerity and perseverance. I pledge to instill all the lessons I have learned in my students to the best of ability.

Having been an educator myself, I hold up the belief of having a good education system in the society.

Ryan's vision comprises of fervent children with a curiosity to learn, professionally competent teachers, exemplary caretakers and staff and a supportive management.

Learning is not a process limited to schools and colleges only, not does it end with the conclusion of one's school career.It is indeed a lifetime process. This school is oriented to the total formation of a child and to adaptation of various methods suiting the dynamics of changing world in order to achieve common goals and objectives. It is further characterized by shared vision - responsible and above all, love and faith in God in order to achieve these goals.

I truly believe that people of fine character live by their values. They are honest and are committed to truthfulness in thought, word and deed. True character this encompasses the capacity for self - discipline.

Character creates self respect, which in turn leads to high self-esteem. Maturity is reflected in all aspects of character- the decision we make, the friends we accept ad choose and the responsibilities we accept.

Always remember to uphold the dignity of people. Be always ready to give importance and preference to others.

Always remember what you are God's gift to you.
