Mrs. Monica Parmar

Mrs. Monica Parmar has been a teacher par excellence. From past 15 years of valuable experience in the field of Education, she has had a very challenging career from the educator to the Principal. She has been an integral part of school growth and development. Her love for the children has made her stagnant in this noble field to nurture and shape the future of the students and has a very good rapport with the parents.

She has conducted few motivational sessions in the various schools for the students and teachers for building and shaping up better academic standards and the all round development of a child as well as the teachers.

Her rich exposure to the CBSE curricula has empowered her with a diverse and innovative approach on the academic front. She has coordinated and participated in CBSE Teacher Development Programmes and worked as Centre Superintendent and observer for CBSE Board Examinations. Also worked as a Centre Superintendent for NEET and EMRS Examinations.

Her main focus is to develop and maintain effective educational programs within her school and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning. To create an organization that fosters students and teacher’s growth.

She has perfected in involving, motivating and leading the students to achieve the classroom goals. She is a self disciplined person with a firm set of beliefs, ideas and values and has excellent communication skills.
